Changed your mind? No worries. You have 4 days from delivery to request a return.

Step 1: Shoot us an email, and we'll sort out a pickup for you. Just a heads up additional shipping fees might apply based on your location. Cash on delivery orders will incur a 100 EGP return fee.

Step 2: Once our quality team gives the thumbs-up, we’ll process your refund through the same payment method you used (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Refunds will be processed within 4-5 business days.

To make it happen, remember:

- Provide proof of purchase with your order/invoice number.

- Returns are only accepted within 4 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be returned with all original packaging and in the original condition you received them.

Got a clothing item from Brat that isn’t quite right? Exchange it for a different size or color as long as it's in perfect condition .

You’ve got 10 days from delivery confirmation to make the switch. Each exchange will hit you with a 100 EGP delivery fee.
